PRAYER:Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to pass suitable direction to dispose off the suit bearing O.S.No.121 of 2018 pending on the file of District Court-II, Kancheepuram within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to seek direction to the learned District Court No.II, Kancheepuram, to dispose O.S.No.121 of 2018 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was filed for the relief of partition. Pleadings have been completed in this 2/5

case. The learned counsel for petitioner has not appraised the Court with regard to the pendency status of cases pending on the file of the learned District Court No.II, Kancheepuram. There may be cases filed prior to filing of this suit are pending before the Trial Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to fix any time limit for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.121 of 2018. However, the learned Additional District Judge, Court No.II, Kancheepuram, is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.121 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
