The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 53 days in filing this criminal revision against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur, in Crl.M.P.No.4362 of 2023 dated 12.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
