O R D E R

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.1113 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur to the Sub-Court, Sathyamangalam. Transer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of Sathyamangalam. 2.Mr.M.L.Joseph, learned counsel appearing for the husband / respondent would submit that the respondent has got some apprehension in going to Sathyamangalam and transfer to any other near by Court would be more conducive for conduct of the proceeding.

3.Mr.S.Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection for transfer of HMOP.No.1113 of 2020 to the Sub-Court at Gobichettipalayam.

4.In view of the same, HMOP.No.1113 of 2020 on the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Family Court, Tiruppur is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub-Court, Gobichettipalayam.

5.This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
