When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.835 of 2022 and if the petitioner participates in the investigation, there will not be any necessity to take him under custody.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer on receipt of summons and co-operate with investigation.
