(MD) No.12783 of 2017 dated 19.12.2018 in W.A.No.9 of 2020 on 25.03.2021 and all other benefits based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 16.08.2021.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent on the representation dated 16.08.2021 of the petitioner on meritss.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 16.08.2021 of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While passing the orders, the second respondent shall consider the order dated 25.03.2021 passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.A. (MD) Nos.114 and 9 of 2020. No cost.
