O R D E R

Petitioner said to have purchased property as early as on 28.5.1981. Thereafter, request has been made to change patta as seen from the proceedings of the District Collector, dated 17.6.2013, 29.11.2010 and 1.10.2012. Since no action has been taken by the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed.

2 The representations have been given much earlier. Therfore, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the respondent No.2 shall conduct enquiry after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondent No.3 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
