Crl.O.P.No.29554 of 2022 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., sp 2.This Court is of the view that the petitioner should approach the learned Principal Family Court Judge, Coimbatore for the relief sought for by her. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Principal Family Court Judge, Coimbatore with appropriate petition. On filing of such petition, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the same along with H.M.O.P.No.197 of 2020 and H.M.O.P.No.265 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with law as early as possible.

3.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
