O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the bail order dated 23.09.2016 passed by the Principal District Judge at Dharmapuri in Crl.MP.No.1596 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has been released on bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri on condition that he should furnish a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, one of whom should be a government surety.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to secure a government servant to stand as surety.

5. This Court will not interfere in the discretionary orders passed by the Court below. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri for modification of the bail order.
