This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the calender case number as CC.No.15of 2015 instead of C.C.No.10 of 2015 in the Crl.OP No.28222 of 2017 and Crl.MP No.16028 of 2017.
2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this amendment petition is ordered.
