The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 120(b) of IPC, in Crime No.8 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were involved in job racketing. It is alleged that they received money to the tune of Rs.1,30,00,000/- from many people under the guise of getting job. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is having 5 previous cases similar in nature. Apart from the defacto complainant there are other victims and so far the petitioner has collected a sum of Rs.1,30,00,000/-. Lpp petitioner before this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.11607 and 15565 of 2022 were dismissed on 19.05.2022 & 08.07.2022. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This Court, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, had dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petitions and now again he has filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail. There is no change of circumstances to entertain the third anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
