The application has been filed seeking to permit the attesting witness R.Ramasamy to give evidence through video conferencing in order to prove the execution of the Will dated 08.09.2003 executed by the deceased V.K.Nageswara Rao.

In the affidavit filed in support of his petition, it had been stated that the witness is about 75 years and is taking treatment for ill-health and has been advised by the Doctor that he should not move here and there or go outside for any purpose.

Taking into consideration that particular reason, permission is granted. The learned Master may follow the due procedure and record the evidence of the said witness through video conferencing. The application stands allowed.
