ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct inquiry based on petitioner representation dated 27.6.2022 given to the 1st and 2nd respondents and permit petitioner to continue petitioner work as Panchayat Level Federation Book Keeper / Accountant at the said village poverty Reduction Committee (VPRC) Building at Munnoormangalam Village, Pudhupalayam Panchayat Union, Chengam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District by reopening the said village poverty Reduction Committee (VPRC) Building which was closed by the 7th respondent herein. 2.It is the case of the writ petitioner that he is working as Panchayat Level Federation (PLF) Book Keeper/Accountant in Magalir Thittam, Munnoormangalam Panchayat, Pudhupalayam Panchayat Union, Chengam 2/4

Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that the seventh respondent who is the husband of the sixth respondent/Village President has locked the Village Poverty Reduction Committee (VPRC) building, wherein, meetings of Magalir Thittam are being conducted. In this regard, he has sent a representation dated 27.06.2022 to the respondents 1 and 2 which are pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. The photographs are also filed before this Court in the typed-set of papers to show that the buildings are kept locked. Such view of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2022 and pass order(s) on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
