This petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the case in Cr.No.35 of 2015 from the file of the 1st respondent police to the file of the Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Chennai, the 3rd respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that, this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation from the file of the first respondent police to CB CID.

Superintendent of Police, Villupuram is directed to monitor the investigation in Villupuram Town Police Station Cr.No.35 of 2015 and complete the investigation expeditiously.
