..Respondents in all the petitions Prayer in all the petitions:- The Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to renew the lease for the further term of period consist of three years in favour of the petitioners with regard to the shop Nos.1, 8 & 7 in Kamarajar Bus terminus shopping complex in Chinnasalem Town Panchayat and Taluk, Villupuram District as per the terms laid down in G.O.Ms.No.92, dated 03.07.2007, local administration and water supply department based on the request of the petitioners.
