This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, calling forbearing the respondents from proceeding any further, in pursuant to the Charge Memo issued by the 1st respondent Na.Ka.K1/1234/2023 dated 31.07.2024, followed by the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.K1/1149/2023 dated 29.05.2025, without furnishing the documents relied on the charge memo and without providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner in the manner known to law.

2. When the matter is listed on 24.06.2025, after hearing either side, this Court observed as follows:

Mr.G.Nanmaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner while challenging the charge memorandum is that the petitioner was not provided with document, which is relied on by the Disciplinary Authority.

2/4

3. However, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that such document has already been furnished to the petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is directed to file necessary document.

5. Post the matter on 27.06.2025.

3. The only contention put-forth by the petitioner is that the document relied on by the Disciplinary Authority has not been served.

4. Today, the Special Government Pleader has produced evidence to show that the document has already been given to the petitioner. In the said document, there is also an acknowledgment given by the petitioner.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court do not find any merit in this writ petition.
