This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16832 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020 directing the petitioners to report before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15 everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16832 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
