ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 379 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.92 of 2020 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant parked his Mahindra Pick-up Tempo in front of his shop and went to his house. On the next day, when he came to his shop, he found that his Mahindra pick-up tempo was missing. Hence, a case was lodged by the de-facto complainant, based on which, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the stolen property has been recovered and there are two previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, since there are two previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
