ORDER

The Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.2187 of 2022 is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 14.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.327 of 2014. 2/4

The Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.2188 of 2022 is filed seeking to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 14.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3915 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/Pollution Control Board submitted that the order under Contempt has been complied with. To that effect, he has also filed compliance report before this Court.
