This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.3282 of 2020 dated 17.02.2020.

Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that, in due compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3282 of 2020 dated 17.02.2020, respondents completed investigation and charge sheet has been filed and it has been taken up in C.C.No.9749 of 2021 on the file of the CCB, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.
