Respondent Prayer: Directing the 2nd respondent for restitution of the dwelling house and 36 cents of land and directing compensation of Rs.30 lakhs to the petitioner towards illegal demolition of his house constructed and in existence for decades in petitioner's land situated in S.No.240, Vilankuruchi Village, Coimbatore District as per the regularization made by the 3rd respondent in Ma.Va./(Ko.Uthi.Ku) Regularization No.204/ 2018 and usurping an extent of 36 cents, which comes under Plot Nos.8,

9,10,11,12 and 12A (15,840 Sq.ft) in DTCP/L/0029558/2017 dated 14.03.2018 and constructed building in extent of 1365 sq.ft in the said land in view of the approval granted by the President, Vilankuruchi Panchayat dated 08.01.2005 directing against the 2nd respondent concerned officers employees of the 2nd respondent as the case may be for nominal damages of Rs.10,00,000/- for the unfounded character assassination and defamation against the petitioner.
