PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to collect the minimum demand charges @ 20% of the sanctioned demand or to the extent of the actual recorded demand, whichever is higher, instead of 90% of the sanctioned demand and rework the bill for HT Consumer Service Connection 1/4
No.099094110408 by applying Regulation 6(b) of the Supply Code for the entire extended period of Covid-19 Lockdown restricted by the Government time to time through its G.O's including the Charges for Compensation of Low Power Factor and adjust the same in future bills in accordance with the direction given in W.P.No.7678 etc., of 2020 dated 14.08.2020 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to collect the minimum demand charges @ 20% of the sanctioned demand or to the extent of the actual recorded demand, whichever is higher, instead of 90% of the sanctioned demand and rework the bill for HT Consumer Service Connection No.099094110408 by applying Regulation 6(b) of the Supply Code for the entire extended period of Covid-19 Lockdown restricted by the Government time to time through its G.O's including the Charges for Compensation of Low Power Factor and adjust the same in future bills in accordance with the direction given in W.P.No.7678 etc., of 2020 dated 14.08.2020 within a time frame. 2/4
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2023 in terms of the order passed in W.P.Nos.7678 of 2020 etc., batch dated 14.08.2020.
3. In view of the same, this Court issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation 29.06.2023 strictly in terms of order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos. 7678 of 2020 etc., batch dated 14.08.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
