J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 113 days in filing the writ appeal to review the order.
2. M/s.T.Gnanabanu, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and seeks time to file counter.

C.M.P.No.14318 of 2025 condone the delay, being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 09.07.2025.
5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 10.07.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
