ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the dispute has been resolved in the mediation as per the mediation agreement dated 25.02.2016 and reliance has been made on para 3 of the mediation agreement, which reads as under:

3.The parties agree that on realization of entire settlement amount the respondent shall ensure that award passed by Delhi Court will not be executed at any point of time and respondent agree to withdraw all the cases pending against the petitioner in Application Number 5135 of 2015 on the file of the High Court, Madras. The petitioners also agree to withdraw the O.P.No.338/2010 and Application Number 7274/2015 pending before High Court and both parties agree that there is no other case pending against each other. If any case is there against each other after this settlement that case will not bind each other.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent also acknowledges the factum of settlement he also states that the matter has been amicably settled.

3.Recording the mediation agreement dated 25.02.2016, the Original Petition stands disposed of. The mediation agreement shall form part of the order. No costs.
