ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring the proceedings of the first respondent in Ni.Mu.No.018845/MPV(5)/2019 dated 06.12.2019 as null and void and consequently, direct the respondents to re-fix the pension based on the last drawn scale of pay of Rs.52,500/- and also direct the respondents to pay the difference of pension along with arrears of gratuity and CVP (Commutation Value of Pension) along with salary within a date fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
