This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8584 of in Crl.O.P.No.10879 of 2022 on 04.07.2022 to appear before the investigating officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
