ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in paragraph No. 4 of the order dated 24.09.2025 made in Crl.R.C. No. 1207 of 2025, and seeks correction of the same. The relevant portion shall stand substituted as follows:

"4. ..................... If there is any deviation, the salary shall be attached in the manner known to law, including arrears. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of."

2. The Registry is directed to incorporate the above correction in the order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Crl.R.C. No. 1207 of 2025 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties forthwith.

3. In all other respects, the order dated 24.09.2025 in Crl.R.C. No. 1207 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
