ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai in C.C.No.5837 of 2018 against Mr.Kumar, Partner, Muthu Garments, No.91/144, G.N.T.Road, 1st Floor, Erukkencheri, Chennai 600 118.

2. The petitioner is the complainant in a 138 complaint filed against one Mr.Kumar. Since Mr.Kumar was evading summons, the learned Magistrate issued a bailable warrant on 10.06.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that this bailable warrant has not been executed till date by the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to execute the bailable warrant issued on 10.06.2019 by the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai in C.C.No.5837 of 2018, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and produce the respondent before the Court below.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
