ORDER

Mr.V.Manohar, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent fairly submitted that the petitioner was offered admission on 18.9.2015, but she declined. However, Mr.V.Ajaykumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it was factully incorrect.

2. It appears that the offer made by the 2nd respondent still holds good. The petitioner is also willing to join. Therefore, in view of the subsequent development, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to join the 2nd respondent for the M.Sc. Nursing Course within a period of one week from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not join within the said period granted by this Court, it is open to the 2nd respondent to fill up the said seat. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
