(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission states that as far back in the year 2012 itself the respondent has taken a stand that the original answer sheets can be shown to the candidates and thus, there is no grievance surviving of the petitioner. He further submits that none has come to see the original answer sheet and if the petitioner has come, they will show the original answer sheet.
2. The learned counsel further states that they are willing to produce the answer sheet before this Court as prayed for. But none is present for the petitioner here and in any case, inspection has been permitted. In so far as the re-valuation prayer is concerned, logically it is opposed as there is no provision for re-valuation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
