The petitioner Management filed the writ petition challenging the Award in Proc.I.D.No.450/1998 dated 13.04.2006. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Management as well as the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent Workmen submitted that the petitioner and the third respondent appeared in person before this Court and entered into compromise between them.

3.The third respondent Workmen is also present before this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner Management agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) as compensation, apart from the amount lying in deposit before the lower Court, within the period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent Workman is also entitled to receive the amount which is lying in deposit before the Labour Court along with accrued interest by making appropriate application before the Labour Court.
