This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner. 2.The petitioner appearing in person, submitted that the entire investigation started only based on the petition submitted by the petitioner and therefore he is also a necessary party in this case. This Court is not an agreement with the petitioner. The issue involved in this petition is with regard to the representation made by the petitioner, to take action against Mr.A.G.Ponn Manickavel, Special Officer and Head of Special Investigation Team, Idol Theft cases. Mr.A.G.Ponn Manickavel has already filed an impleading petition before this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10088 of 2019 and the same has been allowed by this Court. Therefore, the concerned police officer can effectively defend himself in this petition and the petitioner in this petition is neither a necessary nor a proper party. 3.In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
