Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28146 of 2017 in Crime No.151 of 2017 on the file of the respondent till date appearing 10.30 a.m every day order dated 31.01.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SEENUVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The above petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.28146/2017 dated 31.01.2018.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner, as on date, is complying with the conditions imposed, the petition is ordered and the conditions are relaxed.
