Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner have to appeared before the respondent police at 10.30 am everyday until further orders as imposed in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11333 of 2018 on 13.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DHASSAIYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The above petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11333/2018 dated 13.04.2018.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner, as on date, is complying with the conditions imposed, the petition is ordered and the conditions are relaxed.
