Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that he should appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.6068 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.657/2017 on 26.04.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHANASEKARAN C.S. Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KRITIKA KAMAL,P government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In Crl.MP.Nos.6068 & 6070 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.657 of 2017, on 26.04.2017, this Court suspended the sentence and released the petitioner on bail on certain conditions, one of which, is that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modifying the above said condition on the ground that the petitioner is a cleaner in the lorry and is required to go to various places outside the State.

3. In the opinion of this Court, the aforesaid condition cannot be completely relaxed because the petitioner should be available at the time of final disposal of the revision petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed by granting liberty to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
