ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a F.I.R. in Crime No.479 of 2020 has been registered for the offences under Sections 279, 337, 134-A, 134-B and 187 of IPC. and after completion of investigation, the case has been closed as "undetectable" and RCS Report dated 25.01.2021 was also served on to the petitioner.
