This miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 05.06.2024 passed in M.C.O.P.No.6363 of 2019 on the file of MACT, Chief Judge, Small Causes, Chennai.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition that the certified copy of the order shall be produced as and when it is made ready.
