O.P.No.635 of 2019 O.P.No.635 of 2019 and A.Nos.2697 to 2699 of 2020 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J, This Petition has been filed under Sections 7(b) and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act read with Section 6(a) of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act (XXXII) of 1956 and Clause XVII of the Letters Patent and Order XXI Rule 2 & 3 of Madras High Court Original Sides Rules 1956, seeking to declare the petitioner as a Guardian and sole custodian of the minor Divnesh.

2. During the pendency of the case, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre at the request of both sides for an amicable settlement between them. When the matter is taken up today for reporting settlement, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the matter has been settled between the parties and they have also filed a joint compromise memo in this regard. The same is recorded. The parties are also present before this Court today.

3. Accordingly, this Original Petition is ordered. The joint compromise memo dated 13.07.2022 shall form part of this order. Connected applications are closed.
