This application has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days in representing the written statement.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.
5. The learned counsel on either side submitted that there is a likelihood of settlement between the parties and hence, they made a request to this Court to refer this matter for mediation in order to resolve the dispute amicably between the parties.

6. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court deems it fit to refer this matter to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court, for an amicable settlement between the parties. The parties along with their respective counsels are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court on 05.09.2022.
7. After completion of process of mediation, post this matter before this court.
