O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuances of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of T.N.S.E.No. 01 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent within 3 months.

2. The facts arising out of this case is that the petitioner was working as a manager in HDFC Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited. The petitioner was dismissed from service on 08.06.2018. The petitioner's last drawn salary at the time of dismissal was Rs.1,04,000/-. Challenging the dismissal order, the petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 41(2) of the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act before the respondent. Against the order passed by the authority, the appeal is pending with the respondent herein.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondent to dispose of the T.N.S.E.No. 01 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent within 3 months.

respondent has no objection in considering the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to dispose of the T.N.S.E.No. 01 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above said directions. No costs.
