The petitioners would state that the land admeasuring to an extent of 1.94 acres in S.No.437/2, old Patta No.513, Venpakkam Village, Ponneri Taluk, was in the name of their mother, viz., Tmt.Krishnaveni Ammal and when they checked the patta on on-line, they found that the new Patta No.949, in respect of the very same survey number and also to the same extent of land, stood in the the name of one P.N.Jayaraman and the said name has been wrongly included. The petitioners, in this regard, has been repeatedly approached the respondents 1 and 2 for removal of the name of P.N.Jayaraman and it is also followed by a representation dated 05.02.2016 and since it failed to invoke any kind of response, the petitioners came forward to file the present writ petition.
