ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.J.Rajmohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 3.

2. We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition even for a moment. The Block Development Officer has given a report to the Tahsildar only in the month of June, 2023 after the land was measured, to issue notice in Form 'A' to the Village Administrative Officer. Within 15 days, the present writ petition has been filed. Reasonable time will have to be given to the authorities to perform their duties. We can understand that if unreasonable time is taken by the authorities, a party may approach the Court.

3. In view of that, the writ petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

4. In case, the action is not taken in accordance with law, within a reasonable time; say six months or so, then the petitioner may approach the Court.
