Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents no.1 to 3 does not have any serious objections in allowing the application. He would further submit that the mother of the deceased, Tmt.S.Paappaayee, died and her legal heirs namely, the respondents Nos.1 to 3 / claimants, are already on record.

3. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition, which is filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, is ordered.
