Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records which culminated in issuing the proceedings bearing reference Na.Ka.No.1/17113/2019-59 dated Nil.03.2020 signed on 17.03.2020 on the file of the third respondent, appointing the fourth respondent to the post of Cook in Tribal Welfare Students Hospital, Athavanoor, Vellore District, quash the same and consequently direct respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Cook in the place of the fourth respondent within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court and pass such further orders.
