Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 2.4.2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.9948 of 2018 that to petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners, as on date, are complying with the conditions imposed, the petition is ordered and the conditions are relaxed.
