(Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act and in the light of order of this Court passed in Similar cases in WP.No.17831 of 2020 dated 21.06.2021, W.P.(MD) Nos. 2652 of 2008 and 2069 to 2072 of 2013 dated 30.08.2022, W.P. No.22235 of 2023 dated 14.03.2025, W.P. No.22240 of 2023 dated 14.03.2025 and W.P.Nos.18581 to 18586 of 2009 dated 06.04.2011 and pay the consequential benefits to the petitioner herein, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025.
WP No. 23166 of 2025 PRAYER Directing the respondent herein to regularize the service of the petitioner herein either from 01.12.2008 on completion of 240 days of duty as per settlement arrived under section 12 (3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 on 25.09.1986, 28.09.1989, 30.09.1992 and 31.08.2005 or from 01.11.2009 on completion of 480 days of duty as per section 3 of Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishment (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act and in the light of order of this Court passed in Similar cases in WP. No.17831 of 2020 dated 21.06.2021, W.P.(MD) Nos.2652 of 2008 and 2069 to 2072 of 2013 dated 30.08.2022, W.P. No.22235 of 2023 dated 14.03.2025, W.P. No. 22240 of 2023 dated 14.03.2025 and W.P.Nos.18581 to 18586 of 2009 dated 06.04.2011 and pay the consequential benefits to the petitioner herein, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2025.

COMMON ORDER The relief sought for by the petitioners involves factual considerations and apart from that petitioners have an alternate remedy, as rightly contended by the learned Standing Counsel.
