When the matter was taken up for hearing today under the caption 'for reporting compliance', the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was released on interim bail and seeks some more time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) vide order dated 24.07.2024.

Considering the submission, this Court extends time till 29.08.2024 and the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide Order dated 24.07.2024, failing which the interim bail granted to the petitioner will automatically stands cancelled.

For reporting compliance, post the matter on 29.08.2024, till then the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended.
