Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's representation and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to conduct an inquiry and issue a house site patta in favour of the petitioner's name Mrs.V.Anasthasia, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's representation and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to conduct an inquiry and issue a house site patta in favour of the petitioner's name Mrs.V.Anasthasia, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2021 and after giving her opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
