The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to implement the order passed by 1st respondent in his Proceedings in Pa.Mu.8606/2022/A3, dated 05.05.2023 directing the 2nd respondent to delete the conditions of assignment in the revenue records maintained by him in respect of the property situated in Survey No.782/5 in Sikkarasampalayam, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District with an extent of 0.40.5 hectare.

It is seen from the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 05.05.2023 enclosed in the typed-set of papers that the 2nd respondent has been directed to delete the assignment conditions in the revenue records and make necessary entry regarding the deletion. The order of the 1st respondent was passed on 05.05.2023 and the same has not been implemented by the 2nd respondent till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the order passed by the 1st respondent in his Proceedings in Pa.Mu.8606/2022/A3, dated 05.05.2023 will be implemented by the 2nd respondent within the time fixed by this 2/4

Court.

In view of the above said submission, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent in his Proceedings in Pa.Mu.8606/2022/A3, dated 05.05.2023, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
