(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.R.Thanjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.

Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader submits that the date for eviction has been fixed on 19.09.2023. Five encorachments found at Survey No.48/2 and three encroachments from Survey No.95/1 will be removed, and on 29.09.2023, eviction of 32 encroachments from Survey No.96/1 is scheduled.
