Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.592/PA2/2014 dated 08.01.2015 and quash the same in so far as the recovery alone is concerned and consequently direct the third respondent to re-pay the entire recovered amount of Rs.3,39,690/- to the petitioner with interest at 8% per annum.

Appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents, Mr.V.P.R.Elamparithi, learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representations of the petitioner dated 20.12.2018 and 21.06.2019 by the second respondent within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
